Hotel accommodation reservation or any proof of lodging8. Singapore-issued identification card (Permanent Resident IC, PE Pass, E Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass)9. Passport-size photo taken within 3mos of application 10.
